The Model 2009/B puts you in control. A compact unit responding directly to SMS text messages sent over the mobile phone network and running from a vehicle or boat battery. The unit is quad band and will work anywhere in the world where there is mobile phone coverage.
Of the eight ports four can be used to switch power to equipment or as input circuits for monitoring the state of switches or similar devices. The remaining four ports can be used as input circuits only. The input circuits monitor either a short or open circuit loop. They can be selectively set to operate on a 24/7 basis or only when the unit is armed by sending a text message. The unit can be configured to operate from the designated phones or security can be relaxed to allow 'open' operation.
The 2009/B has extended memory storing longer messages and comes with 5Amp outputs as standard. The 2009/B is commonly used in conjunction with alarm systems and will send a notification message immediately after a sensor has been activated.
