Features EOD IV Rigid Endoscope Search Kit Applications
  • Optimised distortion free optics for outstanding quality
  • Ergonomic all metal stainless steel construction and detachable handgrip·
  • Rotational scanning 340º on side viewing models
  • Diameters from 2.8mm to 15mm
  • Lengths from 120mm to 3295mm
  • Digital image capture (requires optional adapter & SX600 digital camera)
  • Temperature resistant to 150ºC and pressure resistant to 3 bars
  • Resistant to petrol, water, fuels and machine oils

The EOD IV Rigid Endoscope is designed for the observation of internal cavities and hard to reach areas in machinery and components such as turbines, castings, engines etc which cannot be viewed from the outside or with direct line of sight.

High grade stainless steel tubes are built up in a sandwich construction to achieve maximum stability. Each component in the system is temperature resistant to 150ºC.

Every rigid endoscope incorporates a fine focusing control allowing adjustment of working distance from practically zero to infinity regardless of the objective employed. Smaller diameter rigid endoscopes incorporate a light amplification cone to maximize transmission.

All instruments from 2.8mm diameter have orbital scanning on side viewing models which enables 370º rotation of the insertion probe. The EOD IV Rigid Endoscope can be supplied in different lengths and different diameters. The working length, diameter should be based upon individual requirements with consideration of the geometric parameters of the article or object to be inspected, viewed or checked.
